The Galveston County Model Railroad Club hosts tours on-site at the Texas City Museum and also transports it's travelling layouts to shows and other community, railroad show, and museums. The club has demonstrated model railroads to children's hospitals, museums, train shows, community events, and more. The Galveston County Model Railroad Club was also very proud to be invited to the George Bush Library in College Station, Texas to display their traveling N-scale layout and demonstrate an O-scale DCC module. Many people visited the library over the course of several weekends and had an opportunity to view the model layouts as well as the numerous railroad memorabilia exhibits on display throughout the library. The GCMRRC would like to extend a special thank you to the George Bush Library staff for the opportunity to be part of this railroading event.
